Barbara Anne Tingley, 91, passed away on Saturday, August 26, 2006. She was born Jan. 21, 1915, in Shelton, Nebraska, the daughter of Carrie Edna (Manfull) and Elmer Ellsworth Tingley.
She was a member of Melrose First United Methodist Church where she taught Sunday school; and helped write and print the church bulletin.
Barbara is survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
