Anthony Joseph Bukaty, 69 years old, passed away Thursday, October 7, 1976, at the Veterans Hospital. He was born in Leavenworth and had lived in the Kansas City area most of his life. He resided at 1714 North 77th Terr. in Kansas City, Kansas. Tony worked for the Kansas Highway Commission eight years before retiring in 1971. He was a Catholic and an Army veteran of World War II.

He was survived by five brothers, Nick Bukaty of 922 Linwood, Marion Bukaty of 6230 N. Harrison in Gladstone, John Bukaty of 616 N. Washington in Kansas City, Kan., Francis Bukaty of 537 W. 101st Terr. and Joseph Bukaty of the home; two sisters, Mrs. Gertrude Besch of Leavenworth and Mrs. Dorothy Kuklenski of 233 So. 11th in Kansas City, Kansas.

The Rosary was recited at the Gibson-Butler Chapel, where friends called. The Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated at St. Peter's Catholic Cathedral. Burial followed in Mount Calvary Cemetery.
