Helen Rose Grenier, age 75, of 416 Park Lane, Mishicot, passed away Thursday morning December 3, 1998, at the Two Rivers Community Hospital.
Funeral Services will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, December 5, 1998, at the Lambert Funeral Home, Mishicot with the Rev. John Neuser officiating. Mrs. Grenier's body will be donated to the University of Wisconsin Medical School with her cremated remains buried at Mishicot Public Cemetery.
Helen Rose was born August 21, 1923, in the town of Mishicot, daughter of the late Carl and Rose (Kunz) Sehloff. She was a graduate of the Mishicot High School. She married Julius Grenier at St. Mark's Catholic Church, Janaury 9, 1943. He preceded her in death, November 16, 1998. She and her husband owned and operated a dairy farm and cash crop farms in the town of Two Rivers and Mishicot for many years. She enjoyed fishing and craft work.
Survivors include one daughter and son-in-law, Doreen and Steve Haimann, Lake Geneva; one son and daughter-in-law, Duane and Bonnie Grenier, South Milwaukee; six grandchildren, Kristin, Jeffrey, Susan, Charlie, Amanda, Samantha; brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, and cousins. She was also preceded in death by six infant children; one brother and sister-in-law, Lester and Edith Sehloff and one sister, Bernice Sehloff.
Friends may call after 10 a.m. on Saturday at the Lambert Funeral Home Mishicot, until the time of service. There will be no Friday evening visitation.
