WALTER A. GRIMM, SR.
Walter Grimm, 70, of Rt. 1, Mishicot, died unexpectedly Wednesday
morning at home.
Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at Lambert Funeral Home
and 10:30 a.m. at Holy Cross Catholic Church, Mishicot. The Rev. Earl
Brouchoud will officiate with burial in the parish cemetery.
Mr. Grimm was born November 25, 1905, in the Town of Mishicot, son of
the late Fred and Mary Cretton Grimm. He attended Holy Cross Parochial
School and Mishicot High School. He married Caroline Ebert June 25,
1935, at Holy Innocents Catholic Church, Manitowoc. He farmed the
homestead farm and was retired from Manitowoc Shipbuilding, Inc., in
1968. He was a member of Holy Cross Catholic Church, Holy Name Society,
Catholic Knights and Mishicot Senior Citizens.
Survivors include his wife; three sons, two daughters, a sister (private),
and 11 grandchildren. An infant son preceded him in death.
Friends may call at Lambert Funeral Home after 4 p.m. Friday where the
Holy Name Rosary will be recited at 7:30 and memorial services will be
at 8 p.m.
