11 Nov 1909: Mrs. Mabel J. Himmelberger Smith, the wife of Oscar Smith, passed away on Tuesday night at her home on South Lancaster Street, Annville, at the age of 26 years. Her death was caused by complications of diseases after an illness of many months. She was member of the Christ Reformed Church & Sunday School, & also the Frances Willard Council, Daughters of America. Besides her husband, Mrs. Smith is survived by her parents, Mr. & Mrs. Benjamin Himmelberger; two sisters, Misses Carrie and Myrle; and one brother, George Himmelberger, all of Annville.
