Lorena M. Hedrick, 80, of Delta, died at 4:57 p.m. Monday at her home. She was the wife of Everette Cecil Hedrick, who died Feb. 1, 1991.
The service will be 11 a.m. today at Welcome Home Regular Baptist Church, Norris Road, Airville. Burial will be in the church cemetery. Viewing was Tuesday evening at Harkins Funeral Home, 600 Main St., Delta. Elders Ralph and Timmy Evans will officiate.
Mrs. Hedrick was born May 22, 1921, in Cordova, W.Va. She was the daughter of the late Samuel Martin and Mary Elizabeth (Lane) Baldwin.
She worked at Whiteford Packing Co. for 10 years, and at the former Bowen McLaughlin in York.
Mrs. Hedrick is survived by four sons, Dennis D. Hedrick, Curtis E. Hedrick and Charles A. Hedrick, all of Delta, and James M. "Mack" Hedrick of Pylesville, Md.; five daughters, Verna E. Price of Carbondale, Ill., Dawn M. Snell of York, JoAnn M. Spurlock and Wanda L. Golden, both of Airville, and Fern E. Kozilski of Delta; a stepdaughter, Marcelene H. Douglas of Delta; 28 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; and a brother, Henry P. Baldwin of Brogue.
