Mr. Moseley died Wednesday, March 29, in Livingston.
He was born June 20, 1926 in Granger, the son of William and Etoile Bernard Moseley. He graduated from Lanesville High School. He served in the U.S. Army during World War II, enlisting on Dec. 4, 1944 and discharged on June 10, 1946. Mr. Moseley received a bachelor of science degree in agriculture from Sam Houston State University and a masters degree from the University of Wyoming. He was a charter member of the Polk County Farm Bureau; a member of the Lions Club for 20 years; a volunteer fireman for Rusk County; a deacon at Central Baptist Church, where he was a Sunday school teacher for the 3-year-olds for over 20 years, and was honored by the Canadian Southern Baptist Seminary, which is the highest award of ap-preciation.
He was preceded in death by his parents and daughter, Pamela Moseley Carpenter.
Survivors include his wife, Rossie Moseley of Livingston; sons and daughters-in-law, Mark and Sandra Moseley of Front Royal, Va., Danny and Frances Moseley of Livingston and Tim and Hope Moseley of Livingston; grandchildren, Shelly and Kevin May of Humble, Ellen and Don May of Livingston, Megan and Jonathan Cox of West Palm Beach, Fla., Lindsay and Doug Entsminger of Woodville, Mark Moseley Jr. of Murrells Inlet, S.C., Stacy Comstock of Livingston, Mary and Raymond Ortiz of Livingston, Chris and Amber Mosely of Livingston, Kristie Moseley of Huntsville, Johnny Moseley of Livingston, Ben Moseley of Livingston, Elijah Moseley of Livingston, Katie Moseley of Livingston, Timothy Moseley Jr. of Murrells Inlet, S.C., Cameron Moseley of Livingston, Andrew Moseley of Livingston, Justin Cadle of Front Royal, Va., Derek Cadle of Front Royal, Va. and Zachary Cadle of Front Royal, Va. and 13 great-grandchildren.
