Anton, a retired Iron Worker of Pennsylvania, was a husband to Thora O. Varpness [d/o of Anton Ludwig Evenson Varpness & Olga Josephine 'Josefa Larsdatter' Larson]. The Varpness family was from Varpnest farm, Vemundvik, Namsos, Norway. Anton Warsik's family had believed him to be from Poland, however his death certificates states his place of birth as Austria [which I now understand was due to fact that his area of birth was under Austrian Rule at that time.] Anton & Thora had two sons, Robert Eugene 'Bob' Warsik and Andrew Clyde Warsik, of whom each had engaged in more than one marriage/relationships with each bearing children. Andrew Clyde, the youngest of the two sons was born Dec 06, 1925. His elder brother Robert Eugene was born Jan 29, 1924. Both being born in Minneapolis, Hennepin Co., MN. Both sons entered & served WWII with Bob in the Navy and Andrew the Marines. Prior to WWII the Warsik family lived in Harmarville, Allegheny Co., PA and the boys went to school in the neighboring village up the road.
At some point Anton and Thora relocated down to Orange Park Jacksonville, Florida at 329 Parkwood drive.
