Funeral services for George Griffin Adams, 46, who died Suddenly at his residence, Jacksonville, Rt. 2, yesterday, were held this afternoon at 3 o'clock at Daley Street Baptist Church in Piedmont. The Rev. Buddy York officiated. Burial was in Piedmont Cemetery, Usrey in charge. Mr. Adams is survived by five sons, Clarence, Marlin, Billy, Joe Tom, and Van Adams, all of Jacksonville, Rt. 2; two daughters, Martha Ann and Betty Jean Adams of Jacksonville, Rt. 2; three sisters, Mrs. Ellen Hall and Mrs. Ada Buttram of Piedmont, and Mrs. Maybell McGotha of Centre. .
