Mr. Pulley worked at Marsh & McLennan in Indianapolis for 39 years, retiring in 1988. He was an Indiana University graduate and was a member of King Masonic Lodge #246 F&AM and Epworth United Methodist Church, Indianapolis. He was a veteran with service during World War II.
Born on May 11, 1925, in Warren, he was a son of Ovid A. Pulley and Nellie Mae (Hoover) Pulley, and he grew up in the Warren area. His marriage on Aug. 3, 1952, in Upper Montclair, N.J., was to Mary Ann (DePoy) Pulley, who survives.
Other survivors include two daughters, Mrs. Jim (Cathy) Imel and Mary Pulley, both of Indianapolis; a sister, Jane Bloom of Bloomington; a brother, Robert A. Pulley of Pinehurst, N.C.; and two grandchildren.
