Emily was born on August 23, 1982, the daughter of Larry and Carey (Peterson) Wyman Jr., and graduated from Clare High School with the class of 2001.
She was currently enrolled at Saginaw Valley State University, where she was pursuing a degree in nursing. On Thanksgiving day in 2002 Emily met the love of her life, Chris McNett of Coleman, and the couple were eagerly anticipating a June 17, 2006 wedding day.
Emily was a bright young woman who loved her family, friends, and her God. She looked forward to any opportunity to go shopping, most often with Chris or her brother Nick, who was also her best friend.
The Christmas season was her favorite time of year, as it gave her the chance to shop for those close to her heart.
Emily was a member of the Clare United Methodist Church.
She was preceded in death by her grandfather Paul Peterson.
