VIRGINIA BEACH - George Winston Fields, 75, a native of Norfolk and the widower of Virginia Ache Fields, died Thursday in his home at 1020 Trestman Ave.

Field had retired as a sales manager.

Survivors include a daughter, Ella R. Hains of Virginia Beach, two sons, Winston M. Fields and John Scott Fields, both of Virginia Beach; a brother, Lawrence Fields of Newport News, and two grandchildren.

The graveside service will be conducted at 2:30 p.m. Sunday in Forest Lawn Cemetery. Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Indian River Chapel, is in charge.
