Toney C. Fear, 77, of Salem, a native of Jasper
County, died Sunday morning at the Fireside House in
Centralia.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday at the
Bowman Funeral Home in Salem with burial in East Lawn
cemetery, Salem.
A native of near Willow Hill, Jasper County, Fear moved to
Marion County near Iuka about 65 years ago. He was a
retired railroad employee.
He was married to Zola Goostree in October, 1917.
She passed away in 1968.
He is survived by two daughters, Mrs. Grace Cast of
Salem and Jennette Simmons, of Kell, a son, Cleo of
Marathon, New York, a brother, Sina Fear of Centralia
and three grandchildren.
