Mrs. Mary Lee Davis, age 87, of Shelbyville, passed away Monday, June 27, 2016.
Funeral services will be 1 PM Friday, July 1, 2016, at Feldhaus Memorial Chapel. Dr. Robin Kimbrough will be eulogist, with burial to follow in Willow Mount Cemetery.
The family will receive visitors one hour prior to service at the funeral home.
She was born September 11, 1928, in Bedford County, to the late George Hubert and Minnie Campbell Abernathy. She was retired from American Can Company, and was a faithful member of Scott United Methodist Church.
Preceding her in death was her husband Willie A. Davis.
Survivors include a daughter, Lynn D. Thompson, of Shelbyville; grandson, Quincy Thompson; brother, Hubert Abernathy, Jr., of Nashville; two sisters, Nancy Buchanan, of Shelbyville, and Betty Richardson, of Nashville; six great grandchildren and two great great grandchildren.
