Born Nov. 7, 1990 in Ottawa (Ottumwa), Ia., he was a son of Wilbur and Emma Replogle Bean. He married Alice M. McGeorge in December, 1954, in Peoria and she died here in August, 1955.
Surviving are two brothers, George E. of Peoria, and John W. of Burlington, Ia.; and two sisters, Mrs. Helen Runyon, Peoria, and Mrs. Rose Miller, Danville.
