Mr. Boatwright was born December 3, 1936 in Vancouver, WA. He is the son of the late Martin Chesley and the late Marie (Becker) Boatwright. In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by a brother, Ronald Boatwright.
Charlie was self employed. He worked as an electrical contractor and owned Boatwright Electric and also ran Citrus County Speedway. He loved his great grandchildren, NASCAR racing, the mountains and living in his cabin in NC.
Services will be held at Beyers Funeral Home in Leesburgh, FLA, at 11:00 am on July 11, 2016, followed by burial in Shiloh Cemetery, Shiloh Road, Fruitland Park, FLA.
