Carmela A. Mueller, age 86, of 2205 E. Highway V, Town of Mishicot, entered
into eternal rest on Wednesday, Feb. 25, 2004, at the Hamilton Memorial Home
in Two Rivers.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, Feb. 28, 2004 at Zion
United Methodist Church in Mishicot, with the Rev. Patricia Knutson officiating,
with burial to follow in the Mishicot Public Cemetery.
Camie was born Oct. 5, 1917 in New York, N.Y., to the late John and Battista
Pellettieri. She has been a Mishicot area resident since 1940. Camie married
Paul A. Mueller on Jan. 7, 1943 in New York City, and he preceded her in death
on Sept. 17, 1999. She and her husband owned and operated the family farm on
Saxonburg Hill for many years, and was a fifth generation farming family. She
graduated from the Hunter College in New York City, and worked as a registerd
dietician for Holy Family Hospital in Manitowoc.
She also workded for Frank and Roses Opera Hall in Mishicot. Camie was a member
of Zion United Methodist Church in Mishicot, and was a member of the Ladies Aide
of the church. She also was the church historian. In her earlier years she enjoyed
playing the violin. She was a charter member of the After Sunset H.C.E. of
Manitowoc County, and served as a volunteer for the Mishicot voting polls, and
the Mishicot Village Museum. She was an excellent homemaker. She enjoyed gardening,
canning, and freezing fruits and vegetables.

death by one daughter: Rita; one brother: Rocco Pellettieri: her brothers-in-law
and sisters-in-law: George LoVerde, Grace and Gordon Levenhagen, Hazel and Archie
Edwards, Edith and John Black.
Relatives and friends may call from 5 to 8 p.m. on Friday at the Lambert-Eckert
Funeral Home, 344 S. State St., in Mishicot. Visitaion will continue after 10 a.m.
on Saturday at Zion United Methodist Chruch in Mishicot, until the time of service
at 11 a.m. A memorial fund has been established in her name.
