Christopher R. Engelstad died Dec 22, 1917 at the age of 66 years. He was born in Norway Nov 3, 1852. He was married to Petrolena Olson at Fertile, MN in 1878. In 1901 they moved to Warren where they were engaged in farming. Ten children were born to them of whom six are living - Gilbert + Cornelius of Montana, Bernard at home, Theoline who is married & lives in Larimore, ND, Mrs. Christ Clausen (Oline) of Viking & Lena who stays at home. The funeral was held at United Norwegian Lutheran Church conducted by A.N. Ramstad.
