News of the sudden death of Mr. P. W. Kresky, a well-known resident of Huntland, came as a shock to the community Sunday evening about eight o'clock. He was stricken with paralysis while out feeding the stock at about six o'clock, was carried the house and lingered until about eight o'clock when death came. His demise leaves another blank in the list of elderly men of that vicinity, whose tottering steps and whitening hands remind us from day to day that the end is not far away. Mr. Kresky was ever a kind friend and neighbor and he will be greatly missed in the community. Mr. Kresky was born in Pennslvania. Had he lived a month longer, he would have been 82 years old. He came to Huntland about 30 years ago from Kansas and this has been his home ever since.
