Mrs. Jeanie Scott Dies in Summerville --
Mrs. Jeanie Ethel Wilkerson Scott of Huntland died last Saturday at Fayette County General Hospital in Summerville after a short illness. She was 84.
She was the daughter of the late Frank M. Wilkerson and Sarah Jane Parkerson Wilkerson.
She was a native of Putnam County, Tennesse, born October 27, 1895.
She was a member of the Primitive Baptist Church.
Funeral services were Tuesday at 11 a.m. at the Moore-Cortner Chapel in Winchester. J. E. Johnson officiated. Burial was in the Huntland Cemetery.
Survivors are her husband, Homer Euell Scott of Huntland; and son, Walter E. Scott of Summerville; two grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
