Carol Ann Pearsall, 62, of 113 N. Washington St., Lock Haven, passed away Thursday, Aug. 20, 2015 at Geisinger Medical Center, Danville.
Carol was born in Lock Haven on Jan. 1, 1953, the daughter of the late Robert McDermit and Janet Keister
She was a 1970 graduate of Lock Haven High School.
Carol was employed as a social services coordinator for STEP, Inc. from 1984 to 2003. She also worked as a volunteer for the American Red Cross and the Highland Cemetery Association as a records custodian.
Carol enjoyed reminiscing with Facebook friends on the "Growing up in Lock Haven" page and researching local history. She also liked tending to her flower gardens and had won the "Garden of the Month" award multiple times.
Most of all, Carol loved spending time with children, especially during Halloween.
A Celebration of Life was held on Saturday, September 5, 2015 at the Donald G. Walker Funeral Home, Inc., 231 High St., Flemington, Pa. 17745.
Memorial contributions may be made through the funeral home to the Highland Cemetery Association.
