Lonzo "Bert" Felsinger, 86, of Eufaula, died Monday at a Eufaula hospital. Funeral services will be at 2 p.m., Wednesday at Kelley Memorial Chapel with Rev. Ronnie Drake officiating. Burial will be at Bower Cemetery under the direction of Black's Funeral Home of Eufaula. Born Dec. 26, 1909 in Ada, he was the son of John and Clara (Baker) Felsinger. He was reared at Heavener, Bower and Eufaula and married Velma Baker on March 1, 1935 in Eufaula. He was a lifelong farmer and was of the Assembly of God faith. Survivors include his wife, Velma, of the home; three daughters, Clara Lahoma Burns of Eufaula, and Roberta Woods and Donna Joetta Jones, both of Oklahoma City; a son and daughter-in-law, Carl Wayne and Teresa Felsinger, Raytown, Mo. Also, two step-daughters, Thelma Brady and Avon Stoneking, both of Eufaula; three sisters, Iva Dyas of Eufaula, and Verna Hamilton and Alline Jones both of Arvon, Calif.; a brother, Sherman Felsinger, Kingman, Ariz.; 20 grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents; two brothers, Lester and Ernest Felsinger; and three grandchildren, Lance Felsinger, Robbie Miller and Donna Parks. Funeral services will be at 2 p.m., Wednesday at Kelley Memorial Chapel with Rev. Ronnie Drake officiating. Burial will be at Bower Cemetery under the direction of Black's Funeral Home of Eufaula. Pallbearers will be the grandsons, including Gary Brady, Tommy Burns, Jeff Phillips, Bruce Brady, Jeffrey Woods and Carl Felsinger. Honorary pallbearers will be Elton Wayne Stoneking, Burton Woods and Bill Burris.
