John's death certificate indicates his parents are Patrick Mullen and Mary O'Keefe. They were both born in Ireland. We believe Mary O'Keefe is (Mary) Bridget O'Keefe Mullen who is buried in Sepulcher Cemetery in Omaha, NE where several other relatives are buried. He died of Myocarditis (chronic)
