Omaha World Herald June 22, 1933: MULLEN-Edward F.Sr. residence 606 S. 36th St., He is survived by his wife, Francis; 1 daughter, Patricia; 2 sons, Edward, Jr., and Billy; his mother Mrs. John P. Mullen (Mary Fleming); 1 sister, Mrs. George "Aunt Mayme" Brownfield; 3 brothers, John, James and Leo, all of Omaha. Funeral notice later. John A. Gentleman service.

Edward's son, Edward Francis Mullen, Jr., married Gretchen L. Schultz, in Seattle, WA, and they both had 3 children: Kathleen L. Mullen (Wingfield), Douglas T. Mullen, and Dr. David E. Mullen. Ed Jr. passed away February 2009. Douglas passed away on Jan. 26th, 2015. They made a life for themselves in Florida.
