Mrs Edmund Buckler passed away on Wednesday evening. She was before her marriage Miss Cynthia Copeland, daughter of James and Elizabeth Copeland, pioneer settlers of Perotte. . . Of Mr and Mrs Copeland's 8 children, only one, Mrs Edward Ritchie of Moschelle survives. Mrs Buckler had been for 63 years a resident of this village. Her death occurred at the age of 81 years. She is survived by 6 of her 9 children: Elmer Buckler of Belmont, Mass.; Mrs Alexander Ritchie of Toronto; Miss Annie Buckler of Fall River, Mass.; Loren Buckler of this village, with whom Mrs Buckler made her home; Mrs Arthur Eaton, also of this village; and Harry B of Mansfield, Mass., all of whom with the exception of Mrs Ritchie were with their mother during the last days of her illness. The funeral was today [Friday] at the home of Reverend RA Neish of Holy Trinity Church, interment was in All Saints cemetery, Granville Centre beside her husband who died 5 years ago.
