home near Oak Grove Tuesday night about 7 o'clock and he was laid to rest in Goose Pond Cemetery Wednesday afternoon, Rev. C. P. Hutchenson preaching the funeral. Mr. Anderson was one of the old land marks of this section, having lived in that community practically all his life. He had been a member of the Goose Pond Cumberland Presbyterian Church for about 50 years, serving as an officer for most of the time. He was a man with a fine sense of duty and principle. When a moral issue was at stake, he could always be found on that side. He will be sadly missed in that community. We join the hosts of friends of the children in expressing our sympathies to them.
