After graduating from high school in Ventura,CA, she married Boone Camp in 1942. While serving with the US Air Force they lived in Panama and were then transferred to Venezuela in 1947. Following release from the service in 1949, the family remained in Venezuela for many years to come. They lived in another world and time as they moved to the remote areas of the country.
When Boone passed away in 1964, she chose to make her way in a new life with her 5 sons. Later, she married George Wunsch. Returning to the U.S. in 1980, they divorced two years later.
In 1992, she married Floyd "Bud" Eggen. They moved to Marion, IL in 1997. Frances moved to Tucson in 1998 to be with her family.
