Michael J. Capone, 81, of Macungie and formerly of Roseto passed Monday April 14 in the Devonhouse Assisted Living of Allentown. Born: In Roseto, PA. on December 14, 1932, a son of the late Phillip and Grace D'Imperio Capone. His beloved wives, the former Ann Finkbeiner and the former Sandra Peifly both died earlier. Personal: Michael was a 1950 Graduate of Bangor High School, and owned and operated several businessess in the Slate Belt Area; Capone's Music Store in Bangor, the Ye Olde Carpet Shoppe of Bangor, Unique Fashons of Roseto and the Sears and Roebuck Store in Bangor. He was in the Navy School of Music and served in the US Navy as navy Musician from 1951 to 1953. Memberships: He was a member of Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Catholic Church, Roseto and a member of the Martocci-Capobianco American Legion Post 750 of Roseto. Survivors: He is survived by two daughters, Michele James and her husband Ted of Macungie and Cindy Capone and her husband Frank Lipyanic of Pen Argyl and four grandchildren Erika, Katherine, Tyler and Sandra and a great grandson Nolan. A sister Phyllis Caiazzo died earlier.
