Mr. William H. Duemars, 81 , Malone, died Aug. 11th at the Alice Hyde Hospital following a long illness. The deceased was born June 11, 1885 at St. Agnes, Quebec the son of the late Michael Duemars and Catherine Blair. He married the former Margaret Morris who predeceased him May 27, 1960. He was a member of St. Joseph's Church, Malone, and a member of the Holy Name Society of that parish and a third degree member of the Knights of Columbus. He retired in 1959 after working in the slipper industry both in Malone and Bombay. Mr. Duemars is survived by two sons, Lawrence and Gerald
and one daughter, Mrs. Leo (Beulah) Sprague all of Malone; two brothers, Fred of Fort Covington and Charles of Moira. The funeral was held Saturday, August 13th from St. Joseph's church, Malone with burial, following in St. Mary's Cemetery, Fort Covington
