Ralph graduated in 1938 from Brookland-Cayce High School. He was a lifelong member of Mt. Hebron UMC, the Men's Bible Class and served on many committees. He was also a member of Pineview Ruitan, American Legion and Woodmen of the World, as well as serving in the Army during WWII. He is one of the original founders of Senn Bros. Fruit and Produce Company. Ralph enjoyed building things, fishing, and traveling with friends and family, the outdoors and his gardening because he loved seeing things grow.
Ralph is survived by his loving wife of 69 and a half years, Earnestine "Teenie" Andrews Senn; daughter and son-in-law, Judy and Lin Jones; son, Marvin "Buster" Senn; granddaughter, Melissa Jones; grandson and fiancee, Matthew Jones and April Grissom; brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Bo and Ruthel Patrick; and many loving nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by 5 brothers, 5 sisters and 10 nieces and nephews.
The family extends a special thank you to the staff and caregivers from Amedisys Hospice and RetireEASE Senior Services. Also thank you to the church family for all their acts of love and kindness.
The family will receive friends at Mt. Hebron United Methodist Church in West Columbia on Friday, July 15, 2016 from 3-4PM. Funeral services will follow. Interment will be in Mt. Hebron United Methodist Church Cemetery. Contributions in his loving memory may be made to Mt. Hebron's Cornerstone Project, 3050 Leaphart Rd., West Columbia, SC 29169.
