Vinnie Lorraine Cox went to be with the Lord on Saturday April 19, 2014 at the Willapa Harbor Health and Rehabilitation Center in Raymond, Washington. Vinnie was born October 2, 1919 in Bedford, Wyoming to Archibald and Sarah “Merritt” Turner. She was raised most of her life in Turnerville, Wyoming. Then on July 25, 1942 she married the love of her life Samual Jack Cox there in Bedford, Wyoming. Vinnie had many hobbies which included camping, fishing, motorcycle riding, playing cards, and the most important was spending time with her family and friends. Vinnie had spent 57 years on the Harbor before her passing. She is survived by her Four sons Delroy Cox of Aberdeen, Wa, Jesse Cox of Shelton, Wa , Darsel Cox of Reno, Nevada, and Jerry Cox of Winlock, Wa., and 15 Grandchildren and 26 great grand children. Vinnie was proceeded in death by her Husband Samual, daughter Lorraine Mays, and 14 Siblings.
There will be a Funeral Service held Tuesday, April 29, 2014 beginning at 2:00pm at the Whiteside Family Mortuary in Montesano, Wa.
