John Rhein, 48, Gibson farmer, died Monday afternoon at the Holy
Family Hospital following a lingering illness.
Funeral services will be held Saturday at 9 a.m. from the Specht
Funeral Home in Mishicot and at 9:30 from the Holy Cross Catholic
Church. Burial will be in the Catholic cemetery in Mishicot.
Mr. Rhein was born in Gibson in 1895 and in 1929 married Miss Agnes
Hronek.
Survivors are the widow, son (private) and two daughters, (private);
two brothers, Alphonse of Gibson and George of Daton, Ore.
He was a member of the Holy Name Society whose members will recite
the rosary at the funeral home Friday at 8 p.m. The society will
march in a body from the church to the cemetery at the funeral.
