Mrs. Ed Pollock, 60, Succumbs
Mrs. Edward A. Pollock, 60, died in her home, 303 North Maple street, at 12:50 p.m. Wednesday after only a few hours illness.
She was born Fern May Campbell, daughter of Thomas [sic] and Mary Campbell at Hespira [sic], Mich., October 7, 1891, and was married to Edward A. Pollock, April 28, 1918, at Decatur, who survives with the following children: Edward C. and Walton of Clinton; Mrs. Dorothy Gasser of Persippenay [sic], N.J., Mrs. Mildred Reed [sic] and Mrs. Marie Massey of Clinton. She also leaves on brother, Floyd Campbell of Chicago, and seven grandchildren.
She was a member of the Methodist church. The body is at the Pullen & Boos chapel, where services will be held Friday at 3 p.m. in charge of Rev. Kenneth Knox. Burial will be in Woodlawn cemetery.
