Born in upstate New York, May 12, 1927. Bob was a Motorcycle Officer with the Binghamton, New York Police Department before moving to Nevada. While living in Nevada, Bob worked as Security with Nevada Power Company, which merged with Sierra Pacific Power Company in 1999, becoming NV Energy. One of his favorite off-duty activities was riding his motorcycle on Mt. Charleston, just above Las Vegas. After Bob moved to Wilmington, North Carolina with his Wife Margaret, he was a Parking Guard at Cape Fear Community College in Downtown Wilmington, until just before his passing.
Bob is survived by his Wife, Margaret Loughlin-Stump of Wilmington and a Sister, Jane Ellen Wayne of New York City.
