She was born on the family ranch near Brady, Texas to James A. and Elizabeth Conner Harkrider on December 18, 1916. She was the youngest of five children. Nadine was married to William Edward "Bill" Webb on June 6, 1940. He was truly the love of her life. They enjoyed a wonderful and exciting fifty year marriage, raising a daughter, Molly and a son Stephen. Nadine was a gifted seamstress and artist.

She is preceded in death by husband Bill, son Steve, parents, and brothers and sisters.

Nadine spent the years after Bill's death in Cypress Texas near her daughter. She enjoyed a life in Cypress filled with loving family and friends. She especially found love and fellowship at Cypress United Methodist Church in Cypress Texas . She was an active participant in church activities and worship. Working in the church library, Sunday school, bible study, outings with friends, and making quilts for the church Mayfest brought her joy during the 17 years she lived in Cypress.

She is survived by her daughter Molly Tally and her husband Craig, her daughter-in-law Pandora Webb, her grandchildren, Jim Webb, Jennifer Sanders and her husband Scott, Dan Tally and his wife Julie, and Brad Tally. Nadine enjoyed being "Great Mother" to seven great grandchildren: Dillon Webb; Mackinsey, Sydney and Carson Sanders; Parker, Payton and Paige Tally.

Special thanks to the kind doctors and nurses at Cy-Fair Hospital who cared for Nadine so lovingly in her last hours. And a special thank you for the support and compassion showed to Molly during this time. The entire family is comforted knowing that Nadine was surrounded by Christians at the time of her passing.
