He was born in Jersey City, and lived in Middletown, Waretown, Highlands, Hazlet, and Keansburg since 1998. Francis worked as a Sign Fabricator for the Garden State Parkway. He was a communicant of St. Catherine's RC Church in Middletown.
Surviving are his wife of 39 years, Joann (Schoenberg) Badame of Keansburg; sister, Ann Marie Costa of Middletown; and brother, Joseph Badame of AZ.
Francis was preceded in death by his parents, Dominic and Mildred Badame.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 21, 2016, from 4 pm to 8 pm at John F. Pfleger Funeral Home, 115 Tindall Road, Middletown. Funeral services are scheduled for Friday, July 22, 2016 at 8:15 am at the funeral home. A Funeral Liturgy will be offered at 9:30 am at St. Catherine's RC Church, 110 Bray Ave., N. Middletown. Burial will follow at Mt Olivet Cemetery Middletown.
