AHOLA, Olavi “Oliver“ Eric - In loving memory of Olavi “Oliver“ Eric Ahola, 78 years, who passed away Sunday, April 29th, 2007 at the Extendicare York. Oliver was very proud of his Finnish Heritage and he spoke the language fluently. He was always kind and considerate of others. Oliver loved to watch sports on T.V., especially baseball and hockey. He began his working career as a Telegrapher with the CNR, and then he opened the Bell Travel Agency. Oliver worked for many years in real estate and insurance, retiring in 1993. Beloved husband of Joan (Doran) Ahola for 35 years. Dear son of Emil and Hilma (Koski) Ahola both predeceased. Loving father of Richard (wife Nancy) of Walden, Robert (partner Denise) of Azilda, and Donald (wife Elaine) of Cambridge. Proud grandfather of Joanna, Jenny, Julia, Jeffrey, Steven, Shannon and three great- grandchildren. Dear brother of Ray (wife Jean) and Bertha (husband Carl Maki, predeceased) both of Sudbury. Sadly missed by many nieces, nephews, in-laws, step-children, family and friends. Memorial Funeral Service in the R.J. Barnard Chapel, JACKSON AND BARNARD FUNERAL HOME, 233 Larch St., Saturday, May 5th, 2007 at 1 p.m. Cremation at the Park Lawn Crematorium. In lieu of flowers donations to the charity of your choice would be appreciated. (Friends may gather after 12:45 p.m. Saturday). 10632696
