James Carl Elliott, Sr., 72, of Birmingham died Monday. He was retired from Chicago Bridge and Iron Co. and was past commander of the Kelly Ingram post 668 of Veterans of Foreign Wars. Graveside service was today at Elmwood. Elmwood Chapel directing. Survivors: wife, 2 daughters, 2 sons, 2 sisters, and 2 brothers. The family suggest memorials be made to BMC Montclair hospice program.
