Aaron D. Buss, 85, of Easton, died Saturday in his home. He was the husband of Nelda C. [Woodring] Buss. They were married 43 years.

He was employed in the compressor department of Ingersoll-Rand Co., Phillipsburg, N. J., for many years until retiring.

Born in Bethlehem, he was a son of the late Mr. and Mrs. Augustus Buss. He was an Army Air Corps veteran of World War II.

Survivors: Wife; son, Robert D. of Easton; sisters, Francis Hartman and Dorothy Hulbert, both of Phillipsburg, and two granddaughters.

Services: Private. No calling hours. Arrangements, Ashton Funeral Home, 14th and Northampton Streets, Easton.
