Alice Aiello, 95, of Easton, PA, passed away on Dec. 5, 2018, at St. Luke's Hospital in Bethlehem, PA. Born on Aug. 27, 1923, in Yonkers, NY, she was the daughter of the late Patrick and Alice Donohue McCarthy. Her husband, Salvatore A. Aiello, passed away in 1999.
Alice retired as a lab tech in July of 1989, after more than 30 years, from PF Labs in Totowa, NJ.
Alice is survived by her daughters, Maria Stempo and her husband, Al, of Easton, PA, and Doris Poyer and her husband Clint of Johnsonburg, NJ. Her three grandchildren are Heather Poyer, Stephen Stempo and his girlfriend Alicia, and Brandon Stempo and his wife, Katie. Great-grandchildren are Haley, Jesse and Norah.
Alice was predeceased by her brothers, Patrick, Henry and John McCarthy, and her sister, Kathleen Foster.
Viewing hours will be held on Monday, Dec. 10, 2018 from 10 a.m. to 12 noon at The Finegan Funeral Home, 4080 William Penn Highway, Palmer Twp., PA, fineganfh.com. Services will begin at 12 noon at the funeral home. Interment will be in Palmer Twp.
