She graduated from Will Rogers High School in 1961. Ethel married Mack Abbott and their union was blessed with two daughters and a son. Ethel was a wonderful wife and mother. She worked as a homemaker and always saw to her family’s every need. When grandchildren and great grandchildren came along, they were the lights of her life and she enjoyed spending time with them.
Ethel loved the Lord and found great pleasure and comfort in reading her bible. She loved to visit with her church friends and family. She ministered to people, sharing her thoughts in journals and letters.
Ethel is survived by, Husband, Mack Abbott, Children, Gina and husband Scott Spendlove, Colorado Springs, CO, Chrysty and husband Chris Campbell, Broken Arrow, OK, Grandchildren, Austin, Brenton, Ciara, Davin, Ethan, Foster, Gracie, Rachelle, Kylie, Nikky, Jacob, Jordan, Christopher, Christia, Great Grandchildren, Gauge, Lily, Brantley, Connor, Ezra, Brother, Gary and Carol Beasley, Yorktown, VA
Ethel was preceded in death by parents, son Darin, and grandchild Davin.
A celebration of the life will be 11:00 a.m., Wednesday, August 3, 2016 at Souls Harbor Church in Tulsa.
