Ida V., wife of John J. Ney, Summit Station, died in the Pottsville Hospital, aged 63 years. The deceased, a daughter of Isabella (Haag) and the late James Babb was a member of Zion's Union Church, near Windsor Castle, and Camp 139, P. O. of A. Summit Station.
Besides her mother at Shoemakersville and her husband she is survived by a son, James I. Ney, Bernville R. D. 3; three grandchildren, a sister, Ivy, wife of William Rick, Cressona, and two brothers, Jacob Babb, Roeder's Station, and Harvey Babb, Reading.
Funeral services were held from the Kirkhoff Funeral Home, Bernville, at 1 o'clock, standard time, yesterday (Wednesday) afternoon, the Rev. L. R. Miller of that borough officiating. Interment was made in Zion's Union Cemetery, Perry Township.
