After Josephus died, Peter's mother Marianna Wozniak (53 years old, widow) was living in Waliszewo, Dziekanowice, when she married Bartholomaeus Rolirad (53 years old, widower), who lived in Tomaszewo, Slawno. The two married in Catholic parish Dziekanowice (Schönfelde) on July 20, 1870. (Bartholomeus Rolirad died 12.12.1880 in Waliszewo.)

SIBLINGS:
Peter had eight older siblings:
-Gasparus -1835
- Josephus- 1839
- Andreas – 1841 (m. Anna Jackowiak Rabinek)
- Francisca – 1846 - 1846
- Eva- 1851 (m. Joseph Adamczak, then m. Josephus Radlinski)
- Antonina 1854 – 1854

MARRIAGE:
In 1884 in Dziekanowice, Gniezno, Poland, Peter Wozniak, age 19, married Antonina Nadolinski, age 17.

Antonia's and Peter's first child, Mary, was born in Poland in March of 1887.

IMMIGRATION:
Antonina and Peter Wozniak immigrated to the U.S. with baby Mary in 1887.

OMAHA, NEBRASKA:
Peter and Antonina Wozniak settled in South Omaha, NE, where they had eight more children and lived the rest of their lives. They lived at 826 N 34 St., then at 711 N 33 St., and finally at 4519 S 33rd St., a block and a half from the tavern that he owned.

Peter ran a Polish tavern, the White Eagle, at 3232 L Street, which became a "soft drink parlor" during Prohibition, and he also ran an auto garage. His nephew through marriage, Joseph Nadolinski, worked as a bartender in the tavern for several years. In the Omaha City Directories for the years 1908 and 1913, Peter's profession is listed as "Heinowske and Wozniak." It is unknown if this was the partnership for the tavern, or for the garage, or for another business.

Peter was also one of the founders of St. John's cemetery, where he and Antonina are buried, and his name can be seen in the dedication on the altar as Vice President of the cemetery in 1924. Peter died two years after that dedication and was buried there in St. John's in 1926.
