84, a resident of 4601 Malor Dr. in Wake Forest, died Tuesday, May 17 at Wake Medical Center. She was the daughter of the late Willie Bass and Lucy Thorpe Allen.
She is survived by four daughters, Doretha Brown of Wake Forest, Linda Jenkins of Louisburg, Rosetta Evans and Marjorie Allen both of Raleigh; a son, Steve Allen of Raleigh; one brother, James Bass of Oxford; seven grandchildren; and twelve great grandchildren.
Funeral services were conducted Monday, May 23 at 2pm at Wright Funeral Home Chapel. Burial was in Greenfield Baptist Church cemetery in Creedmoor.
