He was born December 1, 1953 in Elkhart to Don and Delores (Swinehart) Adams. He married Cathy A. (Marvel) Adams on April 14, 1973.
Surviving are his wife, Cathy, Goshen; children, Mark (Brandy) Adams, Millersburg and Amy (Patrick) Wedehase, De Queen, Arkansas; grandson, Logan Wedehase; siblings, Cheryl (David) Ford, Virginia, Dennis (Deb) Adams, Texas, Marsha Evans, Goshen, Marvin (Tina) Adams, Plymouth, and Earl Adams, Georgia.
Preceding him in death are his parents.
Keith was the owner and operator of DR Adams Plumbing and Heating and was currently employed at Nipsco. He was a member of Methodist Church.
Visitation will be 1-4 and 6-8 Thursday, August 4, 2016 at Rieth-Rohrer-Ehret Funeral Home, 311 S. Main St., Goshen.
