Stefanie Ann Sargent was a musician best known for being the lead guitarist of Seattle band 7 Year Bitch. She was born to Paula and Kenneth Sargent on June 1, 1968 in Seattle. She grew up in Seattle and attended Roosevelt High, then transferred to the Summit K-12 Alternative School, and graduated from high school at age 16. She played on 7 Year Bitch's first album, 'Sick'em', the release of the album was set for July of 1992 but due to Sargent's death, it was released later on October 1st, 1992. On June 27th, 1992, she was found dead by her roommate, she was 24 years old, and had passed out on her back after returning home from a party where she drank alcohol and taken a small amount of heroin. She died of asphyxiation. Her legacy with 7 Year Bitch lived on through the bands next album, Viva Zapata! on the track "Rock-a-bye". She's survived by both of her parents.
