Ethel Baldwin Whipkey, formerly of Ligonier, passed away Tuesday, Aug. 9, 2016, in the Bethlen Home. She was born Oct. 24, 1923, in Cook Township, a daughter of the late William E. and Jennie Knupp Baldwin. Ethel was preceded in death by her daughter, Leatha. She is survived by her three sons, Jesse (Patricia), of Cook Township, Jerry (Vicki), of Ligonier Township, and Gary (Joan), of Champion. She is also survived by her grandchildren and great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
There will be no visitation. Burial will be in the Snowball Cemetery. All services will be private. Arrangements are by SNYDER FUNERAL HOME INC., Ligonier.
