Wernersville, Aug. 1 (Special). - Aaron L. Staudt died at his home at Brownsville, aged 77 years, 7 months and 8 days. He was a retired farmer and a son of the late Samuel and Catherine (Leiss) Staudt. He was a lifelong member of Hain's Reformed Church; a member of Lodge No. 835, I. O. O. F., and of Welcome Home Grange, both of this place. His wife, Catherine (Spatz) Staudt, died three years ago. There survive these children: William W., Reading; Eva, wife of Adam O. Kintzer, this place; Gertrude, wife of George Peter, New York city; Florence, wife of Herbert J. Sheidy, Brownsville; 12 grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; one brother, and one sister: James, and Mrs. Vilanda Gerogh, both of Brownsville.
Funeral Thursday, Aug. 4, at 9:30 a. m., from the home. Further services in Hain's Reformed Church, Rev, Ralph E. Starr officiating. Interment in the adjoining cemetery, in charge of Funeral Director C. N. Lamm, of town.
