Mrs. Crawford was a homemaker, member of Higginsport Christian Church, Citizens for Improved Community in Higginsport and wrote the Higginsport community news section for The Ripley Bee and News Democrat for many years.
She was born in Blanchester Ohio, the daughter of the late Charles and Blanche Bess Hiser. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Henry Crawford; two infant daughters and daughter Ruby Kirschner; two grandchildren, Carol Sue Kirschner and Thomas Michael Kirschner and two sisters.
Mrs. Crawford is survived by two sons, Harold Crawford of Mt. Orab and Dale Crawford of Kimbolton; one sister, Lorena Fickens of Ft. Myers, Fla.; 10 grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren; and three great-great-grandchildren.
