KALKASKA - Thomas B. Galarno, 69, a resident of Kalkaska since 1973, died Friday, December 27, 1991 at the Kalkaska Memorial Health Center. Mr. Galarno resided in Saginaw prior to his retirement from Saginaw Malleable Iron Company. He served in the U. S. Army during WW 2 in the 751st Engineer Parts Supply Company and enjoyed hunting and fishing. Mr. Galarno was a member of St. Mary of the Woods Catholic Church. St. Joseph the Worker Council Knights of Columbus and Land O'Lakes Post 8684 V.F.W. He was born in Saginaw on Sept. 12, 1922 to Albert and Bergetta Jonitz Galarno. On May 11, 1946 in Saginaw, he was married to Beatrice LaClair who survives. Besides his wife, he is survived by two sons; four daughters; one brother; one sister; 14 grandchildren and three great-grand-children.
